1. Existing Repairers with Merimen eClaim account: please log-in and click on “Main Menu” selection. To read the Insurers/Takaful Operators-Repairers Code of Conduct (COC) message and tick the checkbox and click on “Submit” button to participate to the COC.
2. New registration: Please click here to obtain the Fermion Merimen eClaim Registration Form to register to Fermion Merimen Online eClaim in order to participate to the COC.
3. For any queries and clarifications on the COC as well as for the lodgement of Appendix 5 (Notification of Dissatisfaction with IDR Outcome) - please email it to [email protected]

We would like to inform that with immediate effect, we will require all repairers who submit Own Damage claims to The Pacific Insurance Berhad, to subscribe to the Repair Card (Workshop Management) in Merimen Online System.
Effective 27 March 2025, repairers are required to create and update the Repair Card for all active cases. Failing which, you will not be able to submit Estimate, submit Office Acceptance and/or Final Bill and Discharge Voucher in Merimen Online System.
These statuses are important for us to keep our mutual clients updated of the repair status of their vehicle.
